EMBRYO / COLONY TRANSFER

In the study of reproductive medicine (i.e oocytes and embryology), developmental biology (model organisms i.e. zebrafish, C. elegans or Drosophila), or regenerative medicine (i.e. stem cells), cultured cells and embryos are observed, selected and transferred to other culture dishes to facilitate further study. Observation of other transparent and semi-transparent samples (such as molded, encased or embedded substances) may be improved using these types of stereo microscopes.
